Original abstract
We have developed an optical model of ultraviolet light-emitting diodes with a peak emission wavelength of 392 nm. The similarity between simulated and experimental spectra is verified by the normalized cross-correlation (NCC) algorithms. The emission spectrum is modeled using a combination of Gaussian and Lorentz functions. In detail, the left part before the peak wavelength is modeled with Gaussian functions, while the right part after the peak wavelength is modeled using Lorentz functions. The non-overlapping was significantly improved. Furthermore, the NCC value is 99.75% indicating the high similarity between the modeling and experimental spectrum.
