AbstractThis research presents a theoretical and analytical framework for improving the performance of perovskite photovoltaic cells through nanostructured surface engineering. The study investigates the influence of nanoscale surface modifications on charge transport, light absorption, and overall photovoltaic efficiency using established physical models and parametric analysis. The proposed framework identifies theoretical upper performance limits under ideal conditions and discusses the potential of nanostructured interfaces to enhance device stability and energy conversion efficiency.
