Original abstract

This paper presents the design and implementation of a hybrid renewable energy system that integrates solar and wind energy sources for sustainable power generation. The primary objective of this system is to ensure a continuous and reliable power supply by combining two renewable sources with complementary characteristics. Solar energy is utilized during daytime conditions, while wind energy contributes during low solar availability, thereby improving overall system efficiency and reliability. The system incorporates essential components such as photovoltaic panels, a wind turbine, charge controllers, battery storage, and a power conversion unit. Additionally, a proper energy management strategy is implemented to regulate power flow and maintain stable output. The proposed hybrid system is cost-effective, environmentally friendly, and suitable for both rural and off-grid applications. Experimental and simulation results demonstrate improved performance, reduced dependency on conventional energy sources, and enhanced energy utilization. This study highlights the potential of hybrid renewable energy systems as a sustainable solution for future energy demands.
