This record permanently archives the historical snapshot of the Perovskite Database used in the M.Sc. thesis of İsmail Topçam (İzmir Kâtip Çelebi University, 2026). Contents: Perovskite_database_content_all_data.csv — 43,398 records × 410 columns. SHA-256: da66a634e9106e58ce4d012558d468bc2f19b95987f149fb9c5d208d363ea67a. Original data: The Perovskite Database Project — Jacobsson, T. J., et al. (2022), "An open-access database and analysis tool for perovskite solar cells based on the FAIR data principles", Nature Energy 7, 107-115, https://doi.org/10.1038/s41560-021-00941-3. Current access to the living database is provided via the NOMAD platform. License: CC BY 4.0 (same as the original data; please cite the article above when using the data). The snapshot is redistributed unchanged, solely to guarantee permanent accessibility of the exact data version used by the thesis computations.
